Norwood
I am a Principal Research Associate at Moderna within the Bioanalytical and Molecular Assays group, where I focus on the development, validation, and implementation of ligand-binding assays (LBAs) supporting pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), anti-drug antibody (ADA), and neutralizing antibody (nAb) analyses. I am particularly engaged in method development strategies to push the capability of ubiquitous assay platforms in the LBA space while ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.
I have a strong interest in leveraging computational tools to streamline bioanalytical workflows, including the use of Python and R for automating data analysis and data workflows—ensuring reproducible reporting. I tend to prioritize practical, app-based solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity.
Overall, my role combines technical assay expertise, data analysis, and problem-solving to support decision-making in clinical assay development.
