With 29+ years of industry experience, she leads a global team responsible for GMP-compliant validation, lifecycle governance, method technology transfer, and enterprise deployment of automated laboratory platforms across Lilly’s worldwide quality control network.
Cindy established Lilly’s first globally approved validation framework for automated laboratory systems—a lifecycle-based model now adopted across multiple platforms and 14+ global sites. Her work has reduced compliance risk, accelerated deployment timelines, and shaped external supplier quality roadmaps to meet ISO 9001 and GAMP 5 standards. Grounded in ICH Q2(R2) and ICH Q14 principles, her approach integrates analytical method lifecycle management and technology transfer best practices into automation platform qualification and deployment.
