I am a senior scientist with more than seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, specializing in the development, validation, and execution of molecular and cell‑based assays. I have led multiple research programs in CRO and client‑facing environments, including over two years working under GDP/GLA practices and guiding cross‑functional teams from assay setup through data delivery.

I currently serve as a Research Scientist III at Eurofins Viracor, where I am the technical lead for the qPCR platform. In this role, I oversee experimental design, troubleshooting, data analysis, and client communication to ensure high‑quality scientific output and efficient project execution.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Scientist at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, contributing to kinase drug discovery through assay development, reporter cell‑line generation, and high‑throughput screening.

I hold a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Kansas, an M.S. in Biotechnology from Northumbria University, and a B.S. from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
