Drupadkumar Acharya is a Principal Scientist in Bioanalytical Development (Pharmacokinetics) at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, with over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical bioanalysis supporting discovery, preclinical, and clinical development.
In his current role, he focuses on antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) bioanalysis using LC–MS/MS platforms. His work includes development and implementation of bioanalytical methods to support ADC programs, enabling pharmacokinetic and translational studies across regulated and non-regulated environments.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, he worked at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health, where he led bioanalytical method development and study support for both biologics and small molecules. He contributed to bioanalytical strategy, supported cross-functional study teams, and partnered with external CROs to deliver high-quality data across multiple development programs.
He has broad experience in LC–MS/MS-based bioanalysis and hybrid immunocapture methodologies, supporting regulated and non-regulated studies.
